      Free coffee when the coffee machine works.

      Cons

      Inconsistent work requirements. Constant reversal of manager decisions and work flexibility. Perks that get you in the door are constantly being stripped or threatened to be. Managers take full advantage of flexibilities afforded by the type of work and that it can be done fully remote.

      Remote role only pay check always on time

      Leadership are users and mean with a serious jealous streak in them once they see how smart you are. They are also racist towards African Americans but hire a couple to reflect that they are. This company does not foster diversity and inclusion. Workload out way the low pay No good benefits Minimal PTO hours No team building, just work work work Micro management at finest Leadership is also bias towards contractors and perms
