100% work from home. PTO time

Cons

Training is inconsistent and unorganized. Thrown into a role without proper resources. I've been held accountable for shoddy work that was done months before I was hired. This is not a place to learn case management.

Remote role only pay check always on time

Cons

Leadership are users and mean with a serious jealous streak in them once they see how smart you are. They are also racist towards African Americans but hire a couple to reflect that they are. This company does not foster diversity and inclusion. Workload out way the low pay No good benefits Minimal PTO hours No team building, just work work work Micro management at finest Leadership is also bias towards contractors and perms
