      1) PTO - Offers substantial amounts of PTO. 2) Somewhat flexible working hours, and has remote work options 3) Initial training/onboard is extensive and comprehensive

      1) Poor communication from upper management. 2) Unrealistic/Unclear workplace expectations (Greater than possible workload expected within working hours) 3) High turnover and insufficient hiring to combat attrition

      Pros

      Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

      Cons

      When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
