I have a very impressive PTO bank, even new hires start with a substantial amount. We have matching 401k funds Benefits start on day 1 Management prefers to promote from within
Cons
PTO has to be used by the end of each year or it is lost. It would be nice to be able to carry some over for an extended trip or extended parental leave. Though we have proven that work from home is viable, we have now started a return to work process for those close to an office. It would be lovely to be able to exempt workers from that based on position and standing. Compensation has not kept up with inflation and cost of living as much as it could have.
