They make sure to prepare our team with the resources and training as needed or upon request. Feedback is encouraged, and changes within the organization are always a collaborative process, where everybody’s input is taken into consideration. This company values each person and welcomes diversity.

I have nothing at all that I could put as a con to working with Sedna, its been a blessing.

1. They pay on time. 2. If there is any issue address to them then they try to reply you back with the possible solution 3. Follow up with their Consultants on time 4. They got good and understanding staff

Cons

1. No Benefits, No Relocation Assistance and the Pay is very less compare to industry standards 2. They had an issue with a payroll software which deducts 1 day pay and it happened twice but it is re-solved as of now 3. Pay stubs are usually sent to their consultant's email after the request is made by consultant
