Pros

There is a lot of growth and new functionality constantly being added that creates an exciting work place. Since I have started working here I have become the owner of several different pieces of software and have enjoyed the ownership and responsibility that has come with that.

Cons

The pace can be a bit overwhelming if you are not comfortable learning and growing on your own.
