Pros
- Intelligent, driven, level-headed leadership who is invested in not only the company doing well, but also their employees - Lots of opportunity for doing different things, you just have to raise your hand! - Support is given not only from your own team, but cross-functionally as well - Co-workers are all very intelligent and friendly
Cons
- It's a fast-paced start up, so deliverables and priorities can move around pretty fast as things change in prioritization change often; if you don't like that, this may not be the best environment for you - Again, it's a start up.. there's not a ton of processes set in place, but leadership and the individual teams are working to set these up and *very* open to taking feedback around areas that need processes and rules. If you don't work well with speaking up where there needs to be more structure, or don't work well with minimal processes, the work environment could be tough
