Pros
It was a pretty good company before Seequent acquisition - former Geosoft. Family like environment. Very organised company, every employee was valued.
Cons
After the acquisition 20+ people out of 130 from former Geosoft were laid off. Then 10+ people (very professional staff) quit Toronto office. The company became a horrible place to work. They no longer care about people. Salaries are low. Work only in the office. The management is clueless. The only thing they care about is to return their investment because they loaded a lot of debt to purchase Geosoft, so the financial stability is questionable.
