      Seequent's solutions are as innovative as its employees. Getting to help solve real every day problems for customers is a joy. Remote working and general reaction during the Covid-19 situation has been commendable.

      Cons

      Internal systems are somewhat jumbled due to mergers and acquisitions however this is a top priority across the board and is being actively worked on every day.

      Work/life balance, good people, everyone genuinely cares about what they do and motivates each other

      Cons

      The internal systems are terrible, so many different CRM's, marketing tools, lack of connection between systems really inhibits the ability to collaborate across the business
