Poor senior leadership, sexist and dysfunctional - Manager Seequent Employee Review

C-suite openly made sexist remarks layered with internal in-team fighting and a blame and shame culture made it very hostile to work here. I have watched women come and go quickly in the organization. The company is run more like military, trading secrets and favours by the "old boys club". They shout in the mega phone they are innovative but have watched them acquire software, we re-make and re-make it because it wasn't what the CEO wanted, then blame the development team at the errors and dysfunction within senior ranks. They burn money rather than helping people.
