      Incredible company culture Good leadership and vision Remote and in-person options with flexible hours Opportunity to travel for client facing roles Great opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Benefits are nothing spectacular. Company is growing a little too fast to stay up-to-date on all fronts. Growing pains are noticeable. Focus on pre-existing business to ensure that the client base is satisfied with the top products the company promises.

      Work/life balance, good people, everyone genuinely cares about what they do and motivates each other

      Cons

      The internal systems are terrible, so many different CRM's, marketing tools, lack of connection between systems really inhibits the ability to collaborate across the business
