Career progression for testers / QA seemed to be limited (they were looking at enhancing this ) Rigid once yearly salary reviews on a specific company wide date with limited pay bandings and position titles, didn't seem to adequately alleviate the quickly changing cost of living economics

Work/life balance, good people, everyone genuinely cares about what they do and motivates each other

Cons

The internal systems are terrible, so many different CRM's, marketing tools, lack of connection between systems really inhibits the ability to collaborate across the business
