      They understand and respect that you have a life out of work

      It’s a growing company so there are some times at which there’s disorder and lack of clarity. Some people find this frustrating and resigns which worsens the situation.

      Work/life balance, good people, everyone genuinely cares about what they do and motivates each other

      Cons

      The internal systems are terrible, so many different CRM's, marketing tools, lack of connection between systems really inhibits the ability to collaborate across the business

      Great company, CEO and manager. Great work/life balance, does great things for the environment and the company cares about its people. Great family feel! Everyone helps each other.
