Pros

Segra offers opportunities to learn new skills and gain experience in various areas, which can help you develop professionally and advance your career, and they have a decent benefits package.

Cons

Management is constantly looking over your shoulder and scrutinizing every aspect of your work, it can be demotivating and make you feel like you're not trusted to do your job. Due to this micro-management style, there is a complete lack of autonomy, leaving you with little or no control over how you perform your work leaving you to feel frustrated and with a sense of powerlessness. Creativity and innovation thrive in an environment that encourages experimentation and risk-taking. However, when someone is micro-managing your work, you feel like you don't have the freedom to think outside the box and come up with new ideas. The constant pressure to perform and meet management's expectations is stressful and leads to burnout.
