benefits upskilling/training We get to innovate new ideas to make Segra run more efficiently

Cons

leadership - Specifically (middle) managers. No one follows policy, reads their emails, or trains their new hires. They expect IT to hand hold new hires through everything - the biggest raise you will ever receive is 3.5% - they don't know what a promotion is

Flexible schedule, work with great people, and many opportunities for advancement. Good leadership.

Cons

Raises due to promotion appear to be % increase based off current salary, as opposed to what is commensurate with the new role.
