There are also organizations that supports hiking, traveling, biking, trailing, and other hobbies. Works cannot be brought outside the company, which can make us really separate our work life and family life. Diploma and bachelor get a similar wage (feels that bachelor's degree is not very appreciated here), and operators (high-school/vocational school graduates) can also get higher wage that someone with bachelor's degree (monthly).
