Pros
Everyone starts off at the same level is and is give the structure and training needed to be successful both financially and career-wise. I started off as a junior consultant, moved my way up through successful billing to hiring my own junior within 1.5yrs. The model really works and everyone has the chance to lead a team and earn $150k+ in their first year or so. It is a hard working environment, but it is a fun environment and all of the perks like - summer holidays, vegas annual trip, rolex for top biller etc are all true. Selby Jennings and Phaidon International reward successful individuals and I am very glad I was referred to this position where every day is different and exciting.
Cons
The hours are long, but the pay and culture make it 100% worthwhile.
