      pay is decent I guess. whether it's worth it is another question.

      Cons

      extremely heavy workloads (both figuratively and literally) -- staffing model does not match patient acuity. coworkers only like to assist friends and will use isolation tactics on people they don't like. shift changes happen during peak hours and it's chaos. worst insurance I've ever seen in my life, they should honestly be ashamed of offering these absurdly expensive non-plans at a healthcare facility.

      Pros

      Bosses were interactive and understanding, pay was solid for a role that only required a B.S. Everyone is very friendly and I enjoy that the job is different every day

      Upper leadership is disorganized and disorienting. We work third party for a business, and that business does not take our facilities or capabilites into consideration when applying new techniques or rules
