      better than average hourly pay, some great teamwork

      Cons

      often understaffed; high turnover due to difficult nature of job, FAST paced, high stress caring for high acuity level ICU step down patients (you WILL use your ACLS skills often)

      Pros

      Bosses were interactive and understanding, pay was solid for a role that only required a B.S. Everyone is very friendly and I enjoy that the job is different every day

      Cons

      Upper leadership is disorganized and disorienting. We work third party for a business, and that business does not take our facilities or capabilites into consideration when applying new techniques or rules
