      Cons

      Pay on the low side given the amount of responsibility for the role. Sometimes it is difficult for branch offices to adopt safety initiatives and changes.

      Pros

      flexibility to take time off before next assignment begins - you might have the opportunity to obtain new skill sets depending upon the diversity of assigments, field and/or industry. You may have an opportunity to meet new and insteresting people. Provides an opportunity to do a 'trial-run' before you make the decision to accept a permanent position within an organization.

      Cons

      no recognition, very, very few salary increases, no sick-time, no health insurance without paying a big price for it and no vacation tim.
