      Flexible, low stress, low caseload numbers usually

      Cons

      No raises, bonuses or holiday pay. No holidays off either. 70 minute treatment times with an emphasis of pushing 5x/wk for every patient.

      Pros

      Got to work in various setting within Christian Health Care community, mainly for their ALF and home care settings, but also had to cover their subacute facility from time to time. Opportunity for diverse settings.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth after 2.5 years of being there. Asked for a raise, they made me wait months to get less less than the bare minimum.
