      Loved my co-workers and the Regional was reasonable and approachable.

      Productivity was high Told to do what was clinically appropriate but that is not what was really meant.

      Pros

      Got to work in various setting within Christian Health Care community, mainly for their ALF and home care settings, but also had to cover their subacute facility from time to time. Opportunity for diverse settings.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth after 2.5 years of being there. Asked for a raise, they made me wait months to get less less than the bare minimum.
