Select is the second contract management team in this facility in four years. It has some of the same supervisory staff. There is poor communication about PTO, with the therapist being unable to plan, or purchase travel tickets, being made to work weekends instead of using earned days off. Approval is doled out in last minute emails in off hours. Prior PTO that was earned under the previous company has to be re negotiated, with working a weekend day for a sick day.
