Pros
Accrued pto for sick or personal days. Good computer system. Not mirco managed at this facility. Higher up management is never in touch with you, which cabe be good and bad.
Cons
No paid holidays. Pto is accrued, so if census is low, you don't accrued much pto. They will send you to other facilities and only pay for mileage after 30 mi. Which is alot of driving to get your hours.
