      -salary - staff works well with therapy - good DOR

      Cons

      - finding people to cover for vacation - communication with the person above the DOR - all about money

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
