      It is a job and there are many select buildings

      Cons

      No raises You work holidays and weekends with no pay differential If your building is low census you have to travel to get your hours

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
