      - Nice coworkers and very friendly - Flexible schedule

      Cons

      - Duties were not specified in the beginning when I got hired. Had to go through a second orientation when I had a different PM while my PM was on leave. I was not informed to do as much work when I was hired - Not enough time to do all the work expected of me and more with low pay - No holiday pay

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
