      Pay is higher than average. Co- workers are amazing to work with and caring.

      Cons

      Productivity levels are very unrealistic at 90 percent.Upper Management are not supportive, loyal or honest to their employees. Always feel like what you do is not enough. Is the worse company out there.

      Pros

      Got to work in various setting within Christian Health Care community, mainly for their ALF and home care settings, but also had to cover their subacute facility from time to time. Opportunity for diverse settings.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth after 2.5 years of being there. Asked for a raise, they made me wait months to get less less than the bare minimum.
