      Select Rehabilitation is a financially stable company because the owners and upper management team are very professional and caring. They encourage a positive working environment through strong staff support that is readily very client focus. The facility in which I work has a very high job retention rate and the staff is generally very happy.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
