      Pros

      Facilities will work with me and the hours I’m able to give. Therapy team and site managers have been wonderful. I requested a high hourly rate when I was first hired, and was surprised that they actually met it!

      Similar to other therapy companies where bottom line is top priority.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
