      Pay is higher than most others, Weekend work is optional and good for overtime. Flexible hours

      Cons

      Really high productivity, no raises, expensive benefits and not 401k matching. No holiday pay. Hours get cut when caseload is low

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
