      Quick decision-making, responsive to employee requests, options for mobility within the company/locations, excellent free CEU program, open door policy with managers, HR reps very knowledgeable and helpful with benefits queries, great PTO accrual program.

      Cons

      No 401 (k) match option.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
