      I have at least 3 weeks of paid time off Very flexible ( only because of a great boss )

      Cons

      So much prioritization on productivity ( same as everywhere else though I geuss in SNFs ) No raises unless you ask

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
