      generous PTO, however this is one bank not a split of sick/vacation. these days are also used for any holiday you would like to request off.

      Cons

      pay cuts due to medicare regulations changing. never receive performance reviews or even cost of living raises.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
