      Pros

      Somewhat flexible scheduling, but I had a good relationship with my DOR.

      Cons

      Minimal success in achieving a raise in pay. The company does not care about its employees, only about making money.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
