Pros
Great coworkers, get to learn more about the therapy field by observing, benefits for fulltime employees, PTO, offered double PTO in beginning of Covid-19 pandemic, no 401k matching.
Cons
HR can be difficult to get in contact with, NO RAISES, hour cuts when census is low, job entails a lot more paperwork to be done daily than led to believe at interview, no sick days (have to use your PTO, even if out due to Covid quarantine), have not had any compensation for Covid-19 since the start of the second spike.
