      Flexibility, good coworkers, they pay you early if payday falls on a weekend or holiday.

      Cons

      The company doesn't care about you. You won't get a raise. No holiday pay. No 401k contributions. If you ask for a day off they try to make you come in a different day to make up for it. They don't hire help when people quit.
