      The compensation was OK. Most of my coworkers were good.

      Under-staffed, poor work-life balance, injured at work and got no support for workers' compensation, got laid off due to company budgeting in order to pay lower salaries (laid off the OT, and hired an assistant ),

      Pros

      Got to work in various setting within Christian Health Care community, mainly for their ALF and home care settings, but also had to cover their subacute facility from time to time. Opportunity for diverse settings.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth after 2.5 years of being there. Asked for a raise, they made me wait months to get less less than the bare minimum.
