Low Pay , No Hours - PTA Assistant Select Rehabilitation Employee Review

Do not guarantee hours, even if you are full time. I can't get 30 hours a week. No raises. No advancement. I believe they are trying to get rid of all of the therapy assistants . All the time (hours) are given to the OTs and PTs. They only want to hire new grads for little pay. Select Rehabilitation does not care about your years of experience and knowledge.
