Pros

was able to stay at the same facility once we were bought out by Select ipads for easy point of service documentation

Cons

took a paycut prior to Select buying us out during the height of the first wave of the pandemic. was informed that we would not receive out payrate back. ever increasing productivity standards, which I could handle, but unrealistic expectations for group treatments stated by upper management with little knowledge of patients abilities and appropriateness for group therapy. Unable to voice our opinions safely without retribution. Immediate supervisor with zero accountability. I was 5 out of 7 therapy staff that left from November 2020-September 2021. that says it all.

Pros

Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

Cons

Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
