      Flexibility with hours balancing life/work optimally. Highest paid therapists in the nation. Good benefits package in comparison with other agencies in the SNF industry

      Cons

      therapists can be cliquish. Shifting of therapists from site to site can be quite annoying at times. This is, however, necessary though.

      Pros

      Got to work in various setting within Christian Health Care community, mainly for their ALF and home care settings, but also had to cover their subacute facility from time to time. Opportunity for diverse settings.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth after 2.5 years of being there. Asked for a raise, they made me wait months to get less less than the bare minimum.
