Not a Stable Position - Rehabilitation Technician Select Rehabilitation Employee Review

Despite being signed on as a full time employee, I quickly learned that I was only to be in a location on an as needed basis and found myself working less than 20 hours a week. My training lasted a day and my trainer was very rude towards myself and spoke very poorly regarding just about everyone in the company. I had to learn most of the responsibilities required of me as I was working because even the methods she taught me were wrong. Managers in various locations would become frustrated with me easily as a result of having to answer questions regarding my position since I wasn’t trained properly.
