      If you are in a good building with good nursing it is okay for a short amount of time.

      Cons

      Salary (no raises), push groups/concurrent, no real benefits except basic health insurance and Select University for CEUs

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
