Pros
Paid time off accrual is reasonable. I liked the flexibility of the schedule, however it could be inflexible with med As per Medicare rules, not the company.
Cons
Could not take vacation when I wanted because of lack of prn. Never received incentives promised for exceeding goals. No holiday or time and half pay. No acknowledgement of holidays nor that you worked them- it was expected. I had to beg for a raise even though new grads were making almost as much as I was as a seasoned manager. There are many more things that were wrong with the whole situation, but I stayed for so long because it was close to home.
