      Pros

      Competitive pay. AFL is a great setting as the expectation for patient care is 6 patients per day for Clinical Leads and 8 patients for day for Full Time Treating therapists vs SNF I have been assigned to as many as 18 patients in one day. Select is actually patient centered.

      Cons

      The authorization for Insurance to get some patients on caseload is taking as long as 45 days.

      Family oriented team, great pay, flexible schedule for students

      Cons

      Nurses do not help with meal passes, understaffed most of the time.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
