Small company and micro management - Senior Associate Recruiter Select Source International Employee Review

I hate my decision joining the company, very few clients and lack of leadership, I worked for a while but didn’t feel that this company can give me in return of my hardwork. When I asked my leader Dhingra he is support less and says you are experienced you have to work by yourself I was surprised is this how a leader is! The management is poor, anybody looking to join better option is company like Mindlance or move to noida broad opportunities.
