Pros

Potential to make good money. Key word ...potential. During AEP they do provide lunch and dinner. Nice plus. Outside of AEP just try to sell and can make decent money....decent being ab 50 to 60 per year.

Cons

During AEP the unwritten expectations are at least 12 hour days, if not more. If they like and they think you can succeed they will give you the best leads. If you aren't one of them your doomed from the get go. They have a ridiculous tier system of who gets the best leads. Once on the phones, if you notice Co workers are succeeding then watch and listen to them.....how much more on the phone are they than most and do their sales seem easier and not as hard as others.? If so, their absurd tier system of who gets the best leads. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY CLAIM YOU CAN MAKE DURING AEP. Sure, maybe one or two will but the vast majority won't come close.
