Pros

Great coworkers and good environment

Cons

Everything else, they lied about the pay, the leads, the employment. They even lied about paid holidays. Said no quotas, lots of quotas. Wants us to push products on low income families. Advertised as inbound call center, mostly outbound. Tricks old people to giving their info out just so we can bombard them with calls. Don't listen to a thing they say. They are liars and thieves. Such a garbage company.

Training was pretty good and they paid for licenses

Cons

Strange metrics and a lot of management changes, and a lot of chargebacks
