      Pros

      The staff and culture are wonderful. The pay is great and the opportunity to advance is great. I left a company I was with for 5 years trusted the process and here I am making my years salary in 7 weeks time. At SelectQuote everyone is like family and I am grateful to work for such an amazing company

      Cons

      We are growing so our healthcare is a little expensive but with the Salary I am making it hardly notice it.
