      Pros

      Overall, I am have been very pleased with the work and the position I have been working for the last six months with SelectQuote. This is my first job in which I have been able to work from home... and I absolutely love it! I feel that the company as well as managers value us as employees and that's also a plus. The environment we work in can get also get a bit hectic but what's also great is that despite of that my team still manages to have fun! There is plenty of opportunity for advancement in the company and I have noticed that there is also longevity here if that is what you want.

      Cons

      I don't really have much as of now as a concern as I have been here less than one year. I have not heard though of anything about possible pay increases or Annual Reviews for raises but hopefully with maybe approaching my one year here there may be an opportunity for that. I'll just patiently wait for that though.

      Pros

      Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

      Cons

      Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
